He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gordon and Evelyn Francis Rogers Mosher; and his siblings, Harold "Butch" Mosher and Lilly Marie Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Stewart Mosher of Garrison; his children, Ryan Mosher (Meagan) of Nacogdoches, Jason Stewart (Jaclyn) of League City, Lecia Macrohan (Jeff) of Houston and Carla Stewart Moreau of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Ryder Dale Mosher, Jackson Stewart, Tayler Stewart, Bailey Adams, Ally Macrohan, Gabby Macrohan and Kristian Macrohan; and his brother John Mosher of Houston. He is also survived by kids and grandkids.
