He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tommie Jean Scroggins and Oscar Willis Newton. He is survived by: his parents, James Andrew "Andy" Ross, III and Brenda Lee Newton Ross of Garrison; his nephew James Abel Ross of Carthage; and his niece Reci Jane Mathis of Nacogdoches. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
