He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hudman and Ethel Taylor Hudman; his son Donald Gene Hudman; his grandson Andrew Hancock; and his siblings, Harvey Hudman, Barna Hudman, Troy Hudman, Noble Hudman, Claude Hudman, Adrian Hudman, Billy Joe Hudman, Madge Acrey and Marie Nix.

He is survived by: his wife Eloise Mills Hudman; his daughters, Marianne Hancock (Huey) and Melanie Rader (Jim); his grandchildren, Philip Hudman, Stephen Hancock (Ginny), Justin Hancock (Laura), Jennifer Hudman, Adam Hudman, Kaylie Rader, Kaela Hudman and Kristyn Rader; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Hancock, Dallas Messer, Madalyn Hancock, Abigail Hancock and Bryce Hancock.
