She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Orvin Matlock and Lydia Jim Banks Matlock; her husband Clifford Williams; and her siblings, Barbara Ann Weathery and Thomas Orvin Matlock.
She is survived by: her children, Gay Lynn Smith, Clifford Ray Williams, Jr. (Pam), Debra Fay Thompson and Teresa Ann Williams; her grandchildren, Michael Scott Smith, Lydia Joan Smith, Becky Raelynn Smith (Ricky Blanco), Terea Joann Covington (Justin), Ervin James Williams and James Ray Williams; and her brother James Ray Matlock (Donna). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
