It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Lee Kolb of Garrison, Texas, born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on June 12, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kolb and Lizzie Kolb (Clifton); his wife Louise; his daughter Frances Marie Kolb; and his siblings, Willie, Holt, Wilton, Burton, Jewel and Myrtle White.
He is survived by: his children, Troy Lee Kolb and Judy Sprayberry (Wallace); and his grandchildren, Shannon, Jeremy Sprayberry, Christina and Edward Lee Kolb. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 5 great – great grandchildren.
