We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2020, at the age of 86, Clara Jones-Rodgers (Garrison, Texas), born in Nacogdoches, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Charles and Jessie Bell Green Rudisill; her former husband Carl Aron Jones; her husband Herman Rodgers; her son Michael Armstrong; her sisters, Willie Elizabeth Corman, Mary Ellen Bates, Ruby Taylor and Dorothy Parrish; and her grandson Ayden Burran.

She is survived by: her children, Bobby Westmoreland (Dena) of Emory, James Roberts of Alaska, Wayne Burran of Beckville, Johnnie Stephenson (John) of Castroville and Brenda Barr (Paul) of Garrison; and her siblings, Freddy Rudisill (Gladys) of Nacogdoches, Ernest Rudisill (Marty) of Nacogdoches, Clifford Rudisill of Nacogdoches and Frankie Joe Cox of Nacogdoches. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
