She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Norris and Bernice Norris; her husband Johnnie Phillips; and her siblings, Gene Norris and Hallie "Sissy" Mae.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Michael) and Don (Lisa); her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Christopher and Amanda; and her siblings, James "Dink" Norris, Lois Wix, Faye Farmer and Lucy Offutt. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
