She was predeceased by: her husband Don McGowan. She is survived by: her son R. Stephen Bass (Rhonda Bass); her stepsons, Chuck McGowan (Takako), John McGowan and James McGowan; her grandchildren, Matthew Bass, Amber Willison and Cole McGowan; her great grandchildren, Isabella Willison, Lisette Willison, Rorik Willison and Declan Bass; her niece Lisa; her nephew-in-law Rob Burcham; and her nephew Mark Dunnavant.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Williams Memorial Chapel (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Garland Memorial Park (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040).
