He is survived by: his wife Donna Richardson-Hicks of Garland, TX; his son Richard Ervi (Suzanne) of Fairfax, VA; his stepdaughter Kristy Watkins (Marcus) of Amarillo, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Marksberry, Susan Hoffman, Ron, Steve, Wayne and William Ervi.
