She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Shaver and Rosie Shaver; her son Gary Chambers; and her brothers, Roy, John and Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Clifford Chambers and Sharon Thornton. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
