He is survived by: his son Melvin Keith Howell (Debra Annette Thompson); his sister Linda Kathleen Howell Watson (Paul Watson); and also, Grandchildren, Bryan Keith and Tanya Renee Howell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
