She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Leslie Day; and her daughter Janice Gilley. She is survived by: her sister Linda Lewis; and her children, Carolyn Smith and Robert Day. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
