He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Billingsly and Gaynell Billingsly; his sister Sandra Williams (Harry Williams Jr.); and his brother-in-law David Williams. He is survived by: his wife Becky Billingsly; his children, Cristi Overton (Terry Overton) and Brent Billingsly (Meridith Billingsly); his brother Allan Billingsly (Ginger Billingsly); and his grandchildren, Cassidi Burris, Brayden Billingsly, Peyton Billingsly, Emersyn Billingsly, Taylor Overton and Sarah Overton.
