He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Faulkner and Ruth Faulkner; and his wife Sarah Faulkner. He is survived by: his children, David Faulkner, Jennifer Faulkner and Jason Faulkner; his grandson Chris Faulkner; his daughter-in-law Sheila Faulkner; and also Mike McKinney.
