With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James H. Cheyne of Garland, Texas, born in New Boston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Dean Cheyne and Lorene Palmer Cheyne Robison; and his grandparents, Oscar, Lydia Cheyne, Henry and Mamie Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Cheyne of Garland; and his siblings, Bobbie Lum, Randy Cheyne and Kevin Cheyne.
