With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iris Eugenia Ramsey of Garland, Texas, born in Brownsville, Texas, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bryan and Velma Julia Baker; and her husband Johnny Ramsey. She is survived by: her brothers, Jay (Julia Baker), Curtis (Judy Baker) and Bob (Frances Baker); her children, Mark Ramsey (Rita), Beth Gilzean, Dan Ramsey and Julie Hope (Ken); her grandchildren, Jason Savage, Daniel Hope (Heather), Amy McCay (Bryan), Bryan Savage, Amber Hope, Jacob Ramsey, Zac Ramsey (Audrey), Amanda Hope and Hannah Troegle (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Cameron Miller (Kadde), Haven Hope, Brady Savage, Cade McCay, Brooke Savage, Pierce Hope, Jack Troegle, Cason McCay and Brett Troegle.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Centerville Road Church of Christ (1102 E Centerville Rd, Garland, TX 75041).
