She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lowe, Sr. and Brenda Lowe (Dillard); her grandparents, Napoleon Dillard and Ida Dillard; and her aunt Debbie Freeman.
She is survived by: her son Mason C. Stuart of Dallas, Texas; her siblings, Patsy Gatson of Rockwall, Texas and Samuel Lowe, Jr. of Burien, Washington; her aunt Donna Livingston of New Iberia, Louisiana; her uncle Larry Mitchell of Slidell, Louisiana; her nephew Cameron Gatson; and her niece Scarlett Lowe Lye. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
