She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Elton Beadles and Dollie Dell Robertson; her husband Joseph Marlar; her grandson Benjamin Marlar; her daughter-in-law Sylvia Marlar; and her brothers, Dene Beadles and Lloyd Beadles.

She is survived by: her children, Joey Marlar of Huron and Debra Rushing (James) of Garland, Texas.; her sister Geraldine Davis; her granddaughters, Jennifer Templeton, Shelley Falley and Esther Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Austin Falley, Jillian Falley, Niko Falley, Aloria Martinez and Lucia Martinez.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Allen Funeral Home (508 Masters Ave, Wylie, TX 75098). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Posey Cemetery.
