He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Sprowls and Allan Matthew Sprowls; his wife Ella Faye Sprowls; his daughter Johna Faye Lovelady; and his siblings, Jimmy Sprowls, Peggy Faulkner and Wanda Hicks.
He is survived by: his partner Carmen Lyons; his son Charlie Sprowls; his grandsons, Rick King (Michelle King), Tyler Sprowls and Brent Sprowls; and his brother Ronnie Sprowls. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home - Sachse (2925 5th St, Sachse, TX 75048). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sachse Cemetery (6314 Sachse St, Sachse, TX 75048).
