He is survived by: his son Keenan Q. Paris; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Paris (Thomas); his great grandchild Zane Alcorn-Paris; the mother of his child Dolores W. Paris; his siblings, Alton E. Paris, Ruth Jean Paris-Haynes and Jo Verne Paris Moss; his nieces and nephews, Michael Paris, Rodney Paris, Kamala Moss McGee, Kerri Swain and Darlene Rigsby Hillis; and his extended family, Patricia Ann Clark, James Clark, Michael Tremayne Thomas, Charmaine Welch, Jose, Lisa Cortes, Christopher Hill, Vinson Brown, Darvin, Dee Ham, Walter Downs, Dough Peysha, Issac Hands, Terry Murphy and Darryl Irving.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chamberland Funerals & Cremations (333 W Avenue D, Garland, TX 75040). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Skyvue Memorial Gardens (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the GKD-Paris Advancement in STEM Scholarship to honor their beloved father and grandfather (G-Pa), George.
