She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Coburn and Talitha Coburn; her husband Wayne Stafford; her son Jay Stafford; and her siblings, Ludien Stephens, Catherine Pannell, Cecil, Curtis, Marion and John Coburn.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Burkhart (Kendall Burkhart) and David Stafford (Kim Stafford); her daughter-in-law Jill Stafford; her brother Willis Coburn; her grandchildren, Coleman Stafford (Brittany), Brandon Stafford (Lauren), Brittany Stafford, Kyle Stafford (Emily), Alyssa Burkhart and Jacob Burkhart; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Harrison and Annalia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Betty Stafford to the Jay Stafford Memorial Fund through the Foundation for Allen Schools.
