She was predeceased by: her parents, Santiago and Maria of Jesus Garza; and her husband Joe Meza. She is survived by: her daughters, Lina (Manuel Benavides) and Rosemary (Edward DesPlas); and her sister Enriqueta Hernandez of Del Rio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
