She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Roy Oakley and Martha Loretta Hodges (Richard Haba); and her brother Joel Oakley. She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie McDonald (Mike), Ronald Oakley (Sam) and Murray Oakley (Liz); and her sons, Christopher Haba (Nicole) and Daniel Stinson (Suzanne). She is also survived by numerous Cousins and Nephews.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Peninsula Memorial Park (12750 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606).
