She is survived by: her husband Oscar Holmes; her children, Yolanda, Stacy, Shonda, Taneça, Oscar Jr., Djuan, Nakisha and Acie; and her siblings, Cleophus Smith, Ira Smith, Kenneth Smith and Laverne Smith. She is also survived by her children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
