He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Yates-Watson and Robert Lee Watson; his sisters, Myrtle, Dorothy and Elizabeth; and his son Colen Watson Junior of Pensacola Florida.
He is survived by: his sister Gladys McCabe of Elba Florida; his children, Rebecca Bowlden of Garland Texas, Rachel Geary and John Thomas "Tom" Maceiunas; and his grandchildren, Aaron Maceiunas, Christopher Bowlden, Isacc Maceiunas, Alexandria Bowlden, Jordan Geary, Sebastian Bowlden and Amber Stone.
