He was predeceased by: his parents, Buck McIntire and Ethel McIntire; his siblings, Buck McIntire Jr. and Barbara Jacobs; and his son Kevin McIntire.
He is survived by: his wife Bernita McIntire; his sons, Jeff McIntire and Craig; his daughter-in-law Maranna Pruitt; his daughter Tamara; his son-in-law Mike McCord; his son David; and his daughter-in-law Tammi Pruitt. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and special friends.
