He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his sons, Tony and Kenny; his granddaughter Angela; his grandchild-in-law Cameron; his great grandchild Riley; his godchildren, Kimberly, Sarah and KJ; his siblings, Lee (Pat), J. J., Helen, Margie and Ruby (Hilroy); and also Jessica.

I lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Tom's name to Gabriel's Angels or the American Heart Association.
