We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2025, at the age of 80, Allyne Irene Harris of Garland, Texas, born in Taylor, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Thiele and Lena Thiele (Hoffman); and her siblings, Roy, Carolyn and Patsy Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Harris, Sr.; her children, Tom (Jane), Deanna (Kent Strenger) and Bill (Lorrie); and her grandchildren, Andrea Urbik (Adam), Jason Harris (Calli), Heather McSweeney (Jim), James Lyall (Bailey), Meagan Harris and Dr. D. Casey Carrillo. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St Luke's Lutheran Church (1210 W Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75080). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
