She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert James Cummings III and Joan Cummings (Kopischke). She is survived by: her husband Glen Karlsen; her stepdaughter Taylor Karlsen; her siblings, Bonnie Haig (Pete) of New Ashford, Susan Nawalzeski (Joe) of New Ashford and Albert James Cummings IV (Christina) of Williamstown; and her nieces and nephews, Sawyer, Walker, Brady, Mackenzie Haig, Bryan, Donald Anderson, Carter and Taylor Cummings.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
