It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James O. Shipman (Gardendale, Texas), born in Buffalo Gap, Texas, who passed away on July 14, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Audrey Hefley, Wanda Jones, Curtis Shipman and Manuel Shipman. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Terry (Liz) of Gardendale, Bobby (Cathy) of Ruidoso, NM and Jimmy (Tami) of Iraan, TX.; and his siblings, Shirley Acton, Rita Russell, Charlotte Balding, Sandy Ford and Kenneth (Minnie Shipman). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
