It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Mitchan (Gardendale, Texas), born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Grover W. Starks and Cornelia Itasca Davis Starks; her sons, Stephen Mitchan and Joseph Mitchan (Jennifer Mitchan); her grandchildren, Daniel and Larissa Mitchan; her siblings, JoAnn Starks, Lacy Rascoe, Kay Starks Crinklemeyer and Donald Gene Starks; and her pets, Chloe, Angel and Annie.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Jane's name to the Gardendale Veterinary Clinic.
