He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Pollok and Pauline Pollok; his in-laws, Alvin and Dorothy Jupe; his grandson Preston Moos; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Hannah Pollok; his sister Loraine; and his siblings-in-law, Albert Lyssy, Jerome Marbach and Rosemary Jupe.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Moos (Jim), Kevin Pollok (Erin), Carrie Ploch (John) and Kelly Box; his grandchild Kayce Heinz (Vince); his children, Justin Pollok (Lindsay), Sheldon Moos (Bria), Colton Ploch (Courtney), Cameron Ploch, Madison Moos, Courtney Ploch, Meghan Box, Clare Ploch, Lane Box, Mallory Box and Taylor Pollok; his great grandchild Grant Reina; his grandchildren, Avery Reina, Levi Pollok, Julia Pollok and Margot Moos; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lila Heinz and Jack Heinz; his sisters, Lillian Kiolbassa (George) and Elizabeth Marbach; and his in-laws, Dennis Jupe, Joan, Max Dupnick, Robert, Ciele Jupe, Ervin, Linda Jupe and Eileen Neuhaus. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
