He is survived by: his cousins, Dan Hicks, Don Hicks, Jack Hicks, Linda Hicks, Larry Hicks, Sandra Stone-Johnson and Howard Swanson-Stone; and his godsons, Scott Paddock, Michael Nufer, Bruce (Wendy Taylor), Jack Taylor (Barbara Green), Don, Chris Ryden (Ann), Cody Pletz, David Sowell and Chris Tope.
