She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy F. Cox and Eunice "Threadgill" Cox; her husbands, James F. Carroll and Roland Thompson; and her brother Felton Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Carroll (Robin) of Garden Ridge, John Carroll (Lotus) of Cedar Park and Shelly Carroll Morton (Wes) of El Campo; her sisters, Laverne Stapleton and Priscilla Piercy; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Bailey (Mark), Hailey Carroll, Rich Garza, Cody Mazur (Marina), Chelsea Clayton (Benny), Cady Mitchell and Bradon Carroll. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
