She was predeceased by: her parents, Vesta Patterson and Rudy Patterson; her husband Troy H. Edmiaston; her siblings, Virginia Grubbs and Terry Patterson; and her stepson Jerry Edmiaston.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Edmiaston (Jerry Maifeld) of Scottsdale and Rhonda Smith of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Rusty Smith, Darcy Smith and Tyler Smith (Ashley); her stepgrandchildren, Kathy Edmiaston, Randy Edmiaston, Carla Edmiaston and Samuel Edmiaston; her sister Rudene Langner of Bells; and her aunt Iva Lee Jones of Amarillo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with countless dear friends.
