He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kohutek; his children, LeeAnn Farmer (Tony) of Tuscola, Tiffany Walts (Cody) of Garden City, Dendra Whisman (Cory) of Greenwood and Shaun Maxie of Dallas; his grandchildren, Shelby Farmer, Kylee Whisman, Talon Farmer, Ty Farmer, Blain Walts, Brody Walts, Westyn Whisman and Holdyn Whisman; his siblings, Mae Chick, Linda Morse, Debra Bolen, Sam Starnes and Charles Starnes; and also Robby Kohutek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
