He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Cihal and Edna Bodungen Cihal; and his siblings, William Franklin Cihal, Ervin Cihal, Lillian Jones, Dorothy Conner, Wilma Willoughby and Doris Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Kunetka Cihal; and his children, Monica Cihal Strauss, Cindy Cihal Bacak (Clint) and Darrell Cihal (Kandi) of Ganado. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in memory of Willard may be made to Ganado Little League or Ganado Volunteer Fire Department.
