He is survived by: his wife Burene; his daughter Kellye Matcek (Perry); his grandchildren, Clint Matcek (Karen) and Laina Matcek Moomaw (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Michaella Matcek, Meghan Matcek, Emily Moomaw, Reese Moomaw and Addie Moomaw.
