He was predeceased by: his wife Sonja Nelson; his parents, Mahlon Bauerle and Thelma Bauerle; and his siblings, Gene Bauerle, Marjorie Baker and Margaret Gomez.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (John Carpe'), Elizabeth (Bill Keller), John Bauerle, Stacy Ballard and Marcus (Debby Bauerle); and his grandchildren, John (Meagan Carpe'), Austin Carpe, Katie, Bronson (Hannah Keller), Tyler (Elyse Bauerle), Justin Bauerle, Ryan Bauerle, Lindsey, Easton Bauerle, Trace Bauerle and Torie Bauerle.
