Peggy Roades Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Roades of Ganado, Texas, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Peggy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Peggy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Ray and Viola Galow Webernick; and her brother Philip Webernick. She is survived by: her husband R. H. Roades, Jr.; her child Barth Roades (Bobette); her siblings, Doris Girndt (Lawrence) and David Webernick (Shirley); and her sister-in-law Vernonica Webernick.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ganado City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the St. James Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 250, Ganado, TX 77962, if so desired.
