We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2024, at the age of 85, Marion Ruth Allen (Ganado, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Marion had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Marion may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Koenning and Selma Weidner Koenning; and her husband Philip Allen. She is survived by: her child Marion; her brother Alton Ray Koenning (Sheila); her nieces, Elizabeth (Jim Snell) and Amy (Jim Joyce); and her nephew Scott Koenning (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. James Lutheran Church (900 S 3rd St, Ganado, TX 77962). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at the Ganado City Cemetery.
