He was predeceased by: his sister Marcclina Gutierrez; his grandfather Manuel Gutierrez, Sr.; his sister-in-law Rebecca Hahn Gutierrez; his aunts, Dora Gutierrez and Felipa Gutierrez; and his uncle Andrew Charles Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his grandmother Clara Gutierrez; his brothers, John Robert Gutierrez, Mark Anthony Gutierrez and Martin Julian Gutierrez; and his sister-in-law Yolanda Gutierrez.
