He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Perez and Maria Perez; his siblings, Juan Perez, Antonio Perez, Jim Perez, Felix Perez and Julia Tristan; and his grandson Jullian Arevalo.
He is survived by: his wife Ninfa Ramirez; his children, Calixtro Vega (Sharri), Veronica Spalek (Steven), Cindy Arevalo (Juan) and Edward Perez (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Janessa Gaona, Jaylah Galvan (Jorje), Allison Vasquez, Reymond Arevalo, Adrian Arevalo, Araceli Arevalo, Bailey Perez, Caleb Perez and Julliana Arevalo; his great grandchildren, Jaylonnie Galvan, Nathan Nunez and Jovanni Galvan; and his siblings, Tana Ortiz, Andrea Trevino, Mary Zarate, Tirso Perez (Marie), Georgie Ramirez, Fred Perez (Bea) and Jessie Perez (Emma). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
