She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Joe Supak, II; her parents, Emil Trojcak and Annie Steinocher Trojcak; her son-in-law Bruce Sulak; her siblings, Franklin Trojcak and Lorene Krause; her parents-in-law, Albert Joe Supak, Sr. and Millie Rozner Supak; her brother Emil; and her sister-in-law Annie Mae Bures.
She is survived by: her children, Aaron (Sandra Supak), Albert Joe Supak, III, Carol Sulak and Emilie (Randy Ressman); her grandchildren, Heather Supak, Becky Boedecker, Jennifer Turnipseed, Mathew Supak, Candace Supak, Shelby Hurt, Colby Reynolds, Casey Sulak, Nicole Ressman and Michael Janecek; and her great grandchildren, Avery Sulak, Pippa Hurt, Hunter Hurt, Autumn Allen, Ethan Allen, Carter Turnipseed, Chesney Ramsey, Madison, Delaney, Evan Reynolds, William, Nina, Benjamin and Gabriel Sulak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her extended family.
