He is survived by: his wife Aileen Koudelka; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Koudelka of Ganado and Charles "Charlie" Koudelka (Linda) of Gilmer; his grandchildren, Grant Koudelka (Paige) of Lakewood, Andrew Koudelka of Dallas and Alexandra Koudelka of Gilmer; and his siblings, Evelyn Dodds, Arnita Drastata, Dorothy Seiler, Eugene Koudelka and Genny Pruitt.
