He was predeceased by: his father C. G. Srubar; and his sister Geraldine Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sims Srubar; his daughters, Shelly Humphrey (Mark) and Cassie Srubar; his granddaughters, Shelby, Lauren and Sydney; and his siblings, Glenn Srubar, Carolyn Orsak and Connie Drake.
