He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis V. Kudelka and Agnes Holec Kudelka; his brothers, Leroy Kudelka and Daniel Kudelka of Ganado; his brother-in-law Kenneth Sternadel of Ganado; and his nieces, Shelly Kudelka, Sarah and Patricia Sternadel.
He is survived by: his wife Georgie Renee; his children, Carl "David" Kudelka, II (Dana) of Ganado and Carrie Lynn Harvey (Jason); his granddaughter Kara Harvey of Alaska; and his siblings, Darrell (Martha Kudelka) of Ganado, George Kudelka of Ganado, Ann Sternadel of Ganado and Josephine Meinke (Gary). He is also survived by six nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contribution be made to The American Heart Association.
