He is survived by: his wife Emelia Kovar; his children, Veronica Sulak Webernick, Katherine Sulak White (Ethan), Rebecca Sulak Carruthers (Thor), Matthew Sulak (Jamie), Robert Sulak (Cathi) and Michael Sulak (Nicki); his grandchildren, Clayton Webernick (Antje), Meredith Webernick, Lauren Sulak, Emma Sulak, Jacob Sulak, Julie Sulak, Caitlyn Sulak, John Paul Sulak, Natalie Sulak, Victoria Sulak, Alois White, Henrik White, Liam Carruthers, Nicholas Carruthers, Trey Carruthers, Karsen Sulak and Hallie Sulak; his great grandchildren, Cameryn Webernick, Clayton "Bubba" Webernick, Jr., Tyler Henderson, Violet Sulak, Lily Garcia, RJ Garcia and Wesley Garcia; and his siblings, Maxine Wilson, Lad Sulak (June) and Joe D. "JD" Sulak.
