He was predeceased by: his children, William Robert, Walter Thomas Heap and Elizabeth Louise. He is survived by: his close friend Marti Peterson of Houston; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Marilyn Heap of Dallas; his son Edward Heap (Kayla); his granddaughter Vivian of Houston; and also Dr. Pepper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
