He was predeceased by: his parents, James Finn and Alice Finn; his brother James Finn of Seattle; and his former wife Theresa Stevens Finn. He is survived by: his wife Clemmie Finn; his children, Tammy McLaughlin (Dan), Thom Finn, III, Mary Huebner (Tom) and Kelly Finn (Tracy); his stepchildren, Tracy Deltz (Elaine), Cheryl Mancuso (Tony) and Troy Deltz (Niki); and his brothers, John Finn of New Mexico and Emil Finn of Australia. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
